“Hey everyone, we had a fantastic time in Salvo. I’m not here to compare real estate, but the house, although a bit dated and in need of a few minor fixes, was overall fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were clean, and the hot tub was great. It was conveniently located between a couple of beach access points, making it an excellent value for the price. No complaints at all. I highly recommend checking this place out.Additionally, I spoke with the caretaker about the older reviews……

“This house is absolutely beautiful and close to the beach. It has everything you need plus more, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, baby gate at the bottom of the steps and basic necessities if you didn’t make it to the store on the way. The owners are super fast at responding with any questions. The house is dog friendly and you can’t tell because there isn’t a smell of pets only a can for doggy poo and water bowls. I’m so grateful to find a house without weight limit restrictions on pets because it……

“My wife and I needed a couple of extra nights on Ocracoke and came upon this cottage. Though small, the property included all the amenities two people need, so long as one is not a gourmet chef. Unlike other much more expensive places we have rented on Ocracoke, the Internet was excellent. The ambience of the place was terrific. The value proposition offered here is incommensurate when compared to the hotel rooms which we found to be approximately the same price. The attention we received from……

“Beautiful home with a great layout, spacious bedrooms, and a immaculately decorated! We found ourselves in a travel pinch last week and at the very last minute needed a place to stay for one night. Natalie was very responsive, communicative, and able to get us in to her lovely home the next day. The house is well appointed and they thought of many little details like laundry pods (convenient!) and nice smelling hand soap. Small things that make the home feel luxurious. My kids' only complaint……

“The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses. Very clean. The house itself needs a little TLC, but this did not affect our stay at all. ”

Getting to the beach was a quick short walk, which was nice, it’s close to a shopping mall as well as Jeanette’s pier.We would definitely stay again.Communicating with Patrick was easy and he responded real quick, basically just check in and check out information. We had no problems with the property at all.”
