“Amazing place, stayed here many times before. welcoming vibe, lovely breakfast. I arrived late at night, owner was there to greet me, offered me a beer after my long drive. (perfect) Room was amazing, nice little upgrade. massive bed, plenty of space to work (desk area). full selection of tea & coffee, and some nice biscuits. iron & ironing board in the room. everything i need was there for me. I personally judge hotels, by the shower.... and WOW amazing shower, with the best smelling shower……

“400 year old building the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The floors and stairs are a bit noisy (creaky) but it’s obviously going to be given the age of the building it’s quite stunning also has a nice courtyard and a safe carpark round the back. Overall fantastic weekend stay wouldn’t mind doing it again ”

“A great stay at the Woodpaddock in May 2025 for a weekend visiting family. Denise was super helpful throughout my stay, even before I had arrived! On arrival, there was a warm welcome, fresh milk and tea & coffee. Greatly welcomed after a long journey. I stayed in room 4, a self contained double room which was perfectly fine for my needs. “Magnificent! A really great outing for the senses: comfortable, beautiful presented old school house with an antique shop in the playground, good parking, superb village location, convenient for the whole of west Norfolk and close enough to major routes for the rest of the county / region. Bridget and Andrew are excellent hosts, the breakfast was wonderful, wi-fi strong, and decoration throughout is marvellous. Very good value stay - top quality shower!! As ever, my best recommendation would be……

“Unfortunately as we had travelled by train we were limited to using the buses to get into King's Lynn which was quite a good service but was a long 20/25 minutes walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. Delicious food ”

“Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too ”
