“Unit was very clean and as advertised. Maria was very responsive when we contacted her with questions. The location is just outside of Ithaca, so you will need to drive 15-20 minutes if you want your conveniences.”

However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. “Eshay welcomed me with a tour of the amenities and campground rules. I appreciated their communication. I felt that if I needed anything, Eshay was willing to help. Showers and composting toilet were kept super clean during my stay - there were only 3-4 of us on the campgrounds so it was quiet and there weren't any issues with overlapping needs of the facilities. I was grateful for the lantern provided in the camping pod, as well as the shower towel and bedding (all unexpected and appreciated!).……
