“We had a long weekend stay at the Chassahowitzka hotel. Our room was well set up and clean. This is a great old Florida type place. There is a boat ramp and a spring nearby that was great to hang out at. We also enjoyed the local bar just a short walk from the hotel. The front porch is a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We will be back again.”

“Chris was a great host. Communication was easy. House is spacious and very clean. Pool and amenities are fabulous. My only suggestion is to consider putting a more permanent door to the bunk room The screen provided did create privacy but doesn't block any sounds of the home into that space. Loved staying in the home. ”

“The Mermaid House was everything we could have wanted for our multi-generational family trip! The house was spotless, incredibly well stocked with anything one may need or want, and the layout was perfect for our group. We took advantage of everything: the pool, kayaks, lawn games, board/card games, bikes, grill, tiki bar, outdoor relaxation areas and charming neighborhood areas! While the weather over our weekend was frequently rainy we were never bored! My hubby and teen sons fished off the……
