“It’s an experience we’ll never forget. The torrential rain made the conditions less desirable than they would be, but the friendly owner did everything possible to make the best of it. The cabin was compact, well appointed and attractively decorated. The two horses in the nearby stable were a welcome added attraction.”

“We had a long weekend stay at the Chassahowitzka hotel. Our room was well set up and clean. This is a great old Florida type place. There is a boat ramp and a spring nearby that was great to hang out at. We also enjoyed the local bar just a short walk from the hotel. The front porch is a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We will be back again.”

“We used this hotel as a one night stopover. It was fine but not quite what we were expecting. Rooms are laid out motel style facing onto the car park but they are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was disappointing and was served in a bag - a pre-packed muffin, bottle of water and a few other unappealing items. We used the coffee shop on site instead which was great. Crackers next door was good for dinner.”

“Very impressed with this hotel. Bed was comfortable, very clean room, nice a cool temp, close to everything. The front desk receptionist was very informative and pleasant to chat with. “old basic simple motel. The man at check in was nice and very helpful but charged me extra for having my two kids with me. i’ve never been charged extra for kids but it was only $10. The room was clean and the area was safe. worth it if your saving money ”
