“I liked how close it was to downtown (the authentic Mexico) and the tourist areas (e.g. 5th ave). I loved having separate rooms so that late returns didn't disturb early sleepers. I loved having a kitchen to order food and make breakfast. ”

“The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. “Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. Os funcionários são atenciosos e a comunicação foi ótima. Na rua do hotel também dá para pegar Colectivos que se movimentam dentro de Playa del Carmen. Com……
“Property communications excellent, easy to get property details, property can improve by providing paper towels, trash bags and additional toilet paper. Bathroom floor a little slippery…maybe a shower mat will be helpful. ”
"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
