“The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). A 5 minute walk and you are exploring a fascinating, casual, friendly, safe and fun neighborhood. Every member of the staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We loved the breakfast as it was different daily and so delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. We sat up in bed in the morning to outstanding views of the valley. “Lovely villa and lovely room. A great setting with an outdoor swimming pool, attractive garden, and a more than adequate parking facility if you are travelling by car. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared with plenty of choice. An idyllic stopover in keeping with the Tuscan landscape. Could easily make this a base for touring the region although would have to drive if wanting to dine out in the evenings. ”
