“Restaurant was great. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff was VERY noisy and disruptive during the day. I also needed help making another reservation and the lady at the front desk told me to call Expedia. She refused to assist me. ”

Not only this while I needed to store my luggage she reluctant to come out of front desk and bring my luggage in but instead she requested me to move to inside of front desk. I ask to cancel the payment but he ask me to request to hotels.com ”
