“It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. “We were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. When we tried to pay during the day, no staff were present at reception. We went to reception several times and I even sat in the garden for an hour on a video call and didn’t see anyone. We assumed we would be able to settle the bill in the morning, but instead, someone came knocking on our door at 10pm demanding payment. This was intrusive and unprofessional, especially at that hour. It made us feel uncomfortable. The room itself is……

“It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. I will definitely be coming back”

“The property is well kept and lush. The evening boat ride followed by the tea overlooking the sundet sea side was beautiful. However the hosts at the restaurants are extremly pushy and annoying sometimes. The key is to stay alert and available if needed not hovering over the guests the whole time. There is a difference. Their restaurant "bait" needs major renovation and wasn't inviting due to old and broken furniture. There are not enough dining options in the area so youre forced to eat at……
