“I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(”

“My husband and I stayed in this wonderful house. Everything was comfortable and simple. The location was convenient to everything. We used the gas fireplace as it had gotten a little chilly and it worked great. The hottub was a perfect start and end to each day of activities! It was nice to have a washer and dryer available with detergent and dryer sheets, too. This would be a great place for large families or couples/friends traveling together.”

“We had a great time. Everything was good- communication, location, property. The yard was very enjoyable and we really got a kick out of the deer that visited every evening. The location was great - out of the hustle and bustle of downtown yet conveniently located near the stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with culinary tools not normally provided - for the cook of the group, that was very much appreciated! We would stay again.”

“My family loved our stay. The location was perfect for walking to coffee, restaurants, hot springs & shopping. The home was clean and perfect size for 3 couples & 2 dogs. The house also had everything you could need and more (kitchen stuff, dog clean up, and games). We will be back!”

“As others have said, immaculate well-cared for property in walking distance to downtown attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: cold-food only breakfast (except for waffles), that was the same every day. Seating was very tight at times during breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator did not have freezer section. TV was streaming only, and was connected via Wifi, causing it to studder often during programming.”

“The Hillside Inn was a great property on the edge of town. The beds were comfy, memory, foam style beds, a decent size refrigerator, a separate freezer section, and the staff is friendly. Friendly. The breakfast provides cereals, muffins and fruit. Although the property is not located in the heart of downtown Pagosa springs, it actually is more accessible to a lot of outdoor adventures that you would like to do!”

“Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and maintained quite well. The radiant heat was something to get used to but overall this is a place I would stay again.”
