The location is close to the city center and very walkable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Top notch breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend the Pistoia Inn B&B for your Pistoia stay!”

“We were given a very warm and friendly welcome on our first visit to Italy. The hotel organised transfers from and back to Florence airport, which was great. Our room was ‘home from home’ comfortable. We would have appreciated SKY television as we don’t speak Italian (we could though, connect to our Netflix)”

“Sicuramente posizione ottima, in centro. Posteggio comodo in box privato, non sempre disponibile ma a noi è andata bene e abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con una bella vista e non rumorosa. Bagno pulito e molto comodo. Colazione ottima, personale gentilissimo. Uniche 2 pecche: la mancanza di ascensore, ma avrei dovuto informarmi e leggere la parte dedicata, e la luce del climatizzatore che è molto forte e per chi ama dormire al buio può dare fastidio. Ma cose davvero……

“We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property). The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view. ”

“I made the booking and my booking was confirmed by you. But when we arrived the hotel owner wanted to bring you to a cheap private house. We denied the shaby offer. And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. We want the money back!”
