“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”
“-Location is good, right next to the Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants, travel agencies, money exchanges nearby.
-Clean and tidy
-Breakfast is satisfactory
-Bed is hugeeee, which made the room is too small:(
-Wifi is weak, weak, weak
-Water temperature and flow is ok
-No fridge for the standard room

“This was an experience like no other and exceptional in every way. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The building itself is like a museum (it actually was until the 1970s!) so expect to see genuine historical art on the walls, remnants of Inka stonework, original colonial architecture. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast lunch or dinner. We only stayed one night here for my birthday and the hotel sent up a birthday cake to the room!! I was blown away. I’ve never……
“Ideal location. Great shower and super comfortable bed. Staff very helpful with recommendations and storing our bags pre and post our stay. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend. ”
“The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too.”
“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……
“Our room was on the second floor and was spacious and had an amazing view of Cusco. The bathroom was enormous with two sinks, big tub, spacious shower, and heated floors. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location can’t be beat. A few block walk to the Plaza Mayor, Plaza San Blas, and if you’re up for it, you can walk to Saqsaywaman. I did sometime hear music at night coming from the bars and clubs nearby, but it was faint and didn’t keep me awake,……
"The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel.

"Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage."
