“Loved the hotel but expected more during the check in and one of the mornings there was a lot of noise outside. It turned out it was the housekeeping staff making the room next door but they kept on banging everything inside the room. We called a couple of times to the concierge and also went out to please tell them to be quiet but none of that worked. ”

“Appealing boutique hotel in Brentwood. Rooms are very nice, but small with limited storage. Fine for one or two nights. Suggest spending a little more and getting a king patio room for the extra space and privacy. It's LA area, so you will definitely need a car. ”
