“The current staff has been the nicest. We stay here at least twice a year. It would've been 5 star if they could finally get rid of the roaches. I will say we only saw 5 in a weeks time but that's still a lot. While I'm not at all comfortable with the bugs, It's better than the two other hotels next to it though who are raided with them yet cost $20 more a night. I feel like this hotel is in better condition than it was the last 2 years. ”

“I booked 2 king bed suites. Although front desk staff sd one room was "upgraded" since the original booked room was not available they were both still wrong. One room had a full bed and a pull out couch. The other room was more like an apartment with a living room area and a jacuzzi tub. It did have 2 beds an d a pull out couch but both beds were still full size. There were children (teen age) running in lobby and hallways. They were seen laying on the floors and slding through the lobby. Staff……
