“Absolutely LOVED our stay. Great private location, amazing amenities. Had many useful items from pots and pans to first aid kit and bug repellent. Very detailed directions to how to get to the location and was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The only one thing I would like to recommend is curtains or blinds for the side windows as well but it's remote enough to not actually matter. “It was a great week even though the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a blast. The house is gorgeous and even though there wasn’t propane when we first arrived for the grill, the owner had it there right away and compensated us for any inconvenience. Everything you need for a great time is there rain or shine!! We can’t wait to go back! ”

“I was a little hesitant driving in on the one lane gravel road, but it really just added to the charm! The cabin is perfect for a small family or couples. The dock is so serene and tranquility oozes from the breeze. We especially loved being able to bring our own boat and skis! We're excited to bring the family back. ”

“Very cozy quiet cabin with a dock a few steps out the back door. Fishing was decent. Great place to get away and relax or, like us, stay at for a baseball tournament down the road. We really liked it. We’ve stayed at multiple locations around PK. This one ranks pretty high. ”

“It was very clean and private. The wooded area was great. We saw deer every morning and evening. It’s a short walk or drive to the private river access which was amazing! There was gunfire every afternoon, which was not great, but not sure if it was on the property or someone ”

“Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds……

“This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair……
