“This was the most friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff I have dealt with...down to knowledge of the fauna in the artwork around the lobby. The free buffet dinner, drinks, and full breakfast make this the best deal going. It was actually so nice we went ahead and booked a second night since we are already here!”

“房間很大舒適，地理位置尚可，停車場很棒，早餐雖然種類很多但品質一般，優點是可以選擇中午才用餐，櫃檯服務熱忱很低，兒童遊戲區只適合小小孩，大孩子的遊戲項目都要另外付費居多，體驗住一次即滿足，礁溪鳳凰酒店的明亮感會更有幸福氛圍。”

“Overall the stay was wonderful except for the fact that on the third and final morning of my stay there was barely any breakfast available to choose from on the complimentary breakfast they offer because per the concierge, they are waiting for their food order to be delivered so that was very disappointing.”

“Staff on all shifts were very friendly. Room was very clean. Only problem was water/pop machine was empty and there was nowhere close to go get one. Bar/restaurant was being renovated at time of stay so can’t give opinion on it.”

“卫生一般，枕头和床还可以。位置也还算方便~晚上11点后前台就没人了。早晨8点后才再有人。WiFi信号不是很强。”
