“The property was modern and had a nice complimentary breakfast and beverage ticket. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the pillows on the bed smelled a little funky though. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and we got upgraded which was nice!”

“I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”

“Very clean and sanitary, the room is so small that there is no place to put many things. The bathroom lacks a hair dryer, so girls can't dry their hair quickly after washing it.”
