I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that. ”

“This apartment was a great place to stay in chicago. The home was very clean and orderly. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed. 2 bedrooms have a bathroom attached.
