“入住过好几次了，位置不错，交通方便，房间宽敞整洁，特别适合家庭出行。”

“Good location, clean, good value. Lack of personnel on property is a problem. Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK. Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.”

“Poetry Building communicated quickly and clearly right away after booking, and again shortly before our visit with helpful suggestions of travel. It provided the privacy and full kitchen of an apartment, plus the convenience of a hotel: laundry, cleaning, and very helpful, friendly,English-speaking concierges when we wanted. A wonderful stay!”

“Comodo e pratico, nel cuore di sant'Elmo e a pochi passi da bus e metro. Ambiente ampio e spazioso, molto bello disposto su due piani con terrazzino e vista. Purtroppo dalle info su expedia non si evince che le pulizie vengono fatte UNA volta a settimana. In dotazione danno 2 asciugamani striminziti a testa, che non facendo pulizie non vengono MAI cambiati, 2 rotoli di carta igienica, 1 sapone, 1 bustina di shampoo e 1 di doccia per tutto il soggiorno (io 5 notti). “Property is well located in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately the communication with property management is very hit or miss. The description of amenities falls short as there is no tv and the internet is spotty at best. The apartment has a microwave, refrigerator and over/stove. The oven and stove did not work. Housekeeping is discribed as daily and linen changed every 3 days. This did not happen at all during my week stay. If these are not important then this place is a good fit. ”
