“I'd like to commend Christian and the staff at El Colonial! Super caring, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around the whole time we stayed. Always had a smile on their face and their service was second to none. I'll definitely be back because of them. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are within walking distance. First time in PR and I had a great experience. ”
“This is a family-friendly, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. “I loved the hotels it was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that it doesn’t have a microwave in the room but everything else was very beautiful. ”
“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
“It is very clean inside, the staff are very friendly. No parking if you have a car leave it down at the end by the police station or where the cruises come in don’t risk getting towed. Very safe the door to get in locks after a certain hour and you can only get in with your room key. Someone is always at the front desk. Everything is within blocks it’s very convenient. Everyday our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and the bed was changed. ”
“The hotel is in a great location in Old San Juan. Everything is close by and within walking distance. The only downside was the parking. There is no street parking available and no hotel parking. Luckily there was a valet parking lot in front of the hotel but spots are limited so there is no guarantee that you can get a spot.”
