“Gentilissima Giorgia che ci ha lasciato mettere la macchina nel cortile, anche se siamo arrivati troppo presto, prima del check-in. Siamo andati a piedi a fare un giro in spiaggia, vicinissima e siamo tornati. Ci hanno offerto caffè e gelato all'ombra di un grande albero. L'appartamento bellissimo, al primo piano, un grande letto comodo, un tavolo, un angolo cucina ben attrezzato e una scaletta che conduce in una piccola mansarda con altri tre letti. Il terrazzo con tavolo e sedie per cenare in……

“The property is lovely with a beautiful view, and excellent staff. The only downside is that it is not located in Monemvasia castle nor is it in the city of Monemvasia but right beyond the city borders so the nearest dining option is 10 minutes away by car. Otherwise the stay was great. ”

The location was ideal, just steps from the water, and full of the quiet magic of village life (we even heard donkeys passing by in the morning!). Our host, who lived upstairs, was kind, welcoming, and truly embodied the spirit of the town. A helpful man at the entrance assisted with our bags for a small tip, which made arrival easy—especially since no cars are allowed and the only way around is via winding……
