“This house was exactly as advertised. My daughter and I kept commenting about how freakishly clean the house was. It was so amazing to have beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella there for our use. Ted was super responsive and had some amazing suggestions for us. We would stay here again! The location is also perfect! There is an amazing beach with tons of parking directly across the street.”

“We had the best time at the Smith House! Great location, convenient (walking or biking) to both the beach & restaurants! We made time for morning & evening porch sitting - and rain a couple of nights made this most pleasant! Love the history and decor of the Smith House! Very comfy & welcoming!”

“Cutest beach cottage! Seriously, the rustic decor, cottage feel, large comfy couch, beds were great, fenced in yard for the doodles, and a good AC this time of year. :) we truly enjoyed our weekend there. Location was perfect for the downtown area and boat ramp for scalloping. My daughter loved the outdoor shower, sitting on the covered screen porch in the evening was relaxing, and the updated kitchen was nice. We have already said that we plan to stay here next scallop trip also. Thank you!”

“Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”
