“First of all let me say this is my third stay in this community but my first time at this cottage. My husband and I came with a large group who rented other cottages in the neighborhood and we brought our dogs. The location is perfect and the house was also great for what we needed. The street is quiet and the pool is always empty for the most part. We will most definitely be back and we can’t wait. Don’t forget to hit up local spots in MB! Pointbreak Pizza & Shipwreck Raw Bar (in Port St Joe……

“This cottage was perfect for my family! The area was quiet. It actually felt like home away from home. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to any questions. I love the fact it was walking distance to the beach. Me and my family will be renting with them again on our next trip to Panama! ”

“Such a great spot to stay! Not dealing with elevators and a parking garage was amazing! Owners are great and the property was perfect! Also the beach access right across the street was amazing! It’s basically a private beach and had maybe 6 others families at most when we’d go! There was always plenty of room! If you’ve ever stayed at any of the high rises in PCB you understand how awesome these things are! Open beach, no time wasted on elevators and parking, and owners who take pride in their……

“Our family of five had a great stay at this property. Location was very clean and host was very responsive. Close to the beach and St. Andrews State Park where we spent our time paddle boarding, snorkeling, and swimming with dolphins. The golf cart was very helpful getting around. “It was amazing 12 nights.. some things could be worked on to make it better.. Including windows, and toilets like to stay running”

“This was my favorite beachfront place I have stayed at. The beach access was great. The beach was not overly crowded on a Memorial weekend. The upper deck had awesome views. We had a perfect vacation!”

“We had a great 4 day weekend at Villa Playa! The cottage is beautiful and so cozy. The pool is private and a few steps from the door. The beach is close and so are the restaurants. We hope to stay again!”

“Just the location of the property is worth it (4 houses down from the beach i believe) but the cottage itself had all the nessessities we could need and then some. The bbq area is wonderful.
