“My family and I absolutely loved this home! The location is phenomenal and access to the beach is like no other! With the layout of the house our adult children and grandchildren were able to spread out and have some privacy! The master suite and bath on the top level allowed my husband and I to have our own retreat when we needed quiet time away from all of the little ones! I CANNOT compliment enough on the beautiful covered porches! The only thing that would have made the porches any……

“Our family just had the best trip ever! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four and our furry little buddy. Every morning, I loved sipping my coffee on the cozy balcony while soaking in the beautiful view of the canal—it was so peaceful! The beach was only a short and fun golf cart ride away, which made it super easy to enjoy our days in the sun. Plus, we had a blast exploring the different pools on the property. The owners were amazing too! Brian was always quick to respond to……

“Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking” ”

“The house was the perfect size ; had everything we needed and we loved the grill and how accessible it was to everything in the area. Love how the beach was walking distance and communication with the owners was amazing ! ”

“The property was roomy and very comfortable. However there should be some soundproofing against the adjoining property as conversations and other noises are easily heard. The shower stall should be replaced. I really enjoyed the location and the layout of the property. I would stay there again.”

“We had a great time at this home right on the beach. Plenty of room for our family and everything was clean and nice. Definitely would recommend. ”

“This was a short notice work/family trip. My husband's band was in the area for a show so we decided to make a weekend of it. My son and family joined us and it couldn't have been a better choice! Even with four adults and two children it was plenty spacious! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The sunsets were incredible and fishing right off the dock was the best! Extremely peaceful to be so convenient to everything! We will definitely be back!The only negative thing I can say……

“Great place to stay away from the busy streets! Cute house. Comfy beds. Had a great time and would come back! Loved all the signs and old surfboards! Not a negative, just an observation for planning purposes. Kitchen accessories were meh. (only 2 coffee cups that we could find). No ice so bring your own. ”

“We stayed here with extended family for a low-key spring break. Place was large enough so that we had our own space but could still come together to spend time with plenty of seating throughout & ocean view from the top deck. All beds were made upon arrival, place was clean, kitchen was well-stocked, listing was very accurate. We used the golf cart to quickly get to the beach daily & it met our needs and was a nice feature. We had a few minor issues upon check-in, but property management was……
