“We stayed here with extended family for a low-key spring break. Place was large enough so that we had our own space but could still come together to spend time with plenty of seating throughout & ocean view from the top deck. All beds were made upon arrival, place was clean, kitchen was well-stocked, listing was very accurate. We used the golf cart to quickly get to the beach daily & it met our needs and was a nice feature. We had a few minor issues upon check-in, but property management was……

“Excellent Location, especially for teenagers! For old folks like my husband & I there were 17 steps from the bottom floor up to the bedrooms and washer & dryer. However, the location of the condo far outweighed the disadvantages of the steps. Everything for the teenagers was in walking distance and they could come and go as they please We packed light so intended on washing clothes. Dryer didn't heat at all. Called Mrs. Percy on Wednesday morning and when we left Saturday morning dryer……

“The property was in a great location. The pictures were accurate Except for the "game room." There were things happening that might have been out of the owners control (water, electricity) however the house manager BRENDA is a JEWEL! She came over to address every concern, followed up with things that were happening and knew this house like the back of her hand. She has been so Kind even after our stay. As a note to the owners, throw the whole gameroom away. It was musty and the game tables……

“Felt I was being watched the dishes were gross had dust everywhere the lamps haven’t been dusted or anything else saw the biggest roach I’ve ever seen it is not worth what you pay for had a man working the whole time noise the whole time no cleaning crew it’s the people upstairs they were nice though ”

“Property was perfect for my group. Wasn’t perfect due to minor cleanliness issues however fit a group of 16 very well. Couple of chairs were broken when we arrived and mattresses had minor stains however the rest of the house was great. My group had a great time and difficulty’s or issues during our trip.”
