“Best Western Premier 的房間都是大套房的格局。即日預訂也能體驗這酒店確實是性價比高，服務很好！職員友善， 常有笑容！ 這次住宿碰巧是我的生日，很晚才到達酒店，這酒店都為我送上驚喜，酒店的職員跟總經理一同送上蛋糕到房間，並唱生日歌為我慶祝，令我有深刻的住宿體驗，實在感動， 還可以延遲退房。 缺點是當地基建發展未發達， 到酒店的途徑不多，不方便， 又不能步行到達， 周邊地區都只能靠車出入， Mega Mall 有免費的接駁巴士接送，但有時間限制。 第一次晚上到達不知道，要打的去酒店， 晚上的的士司機較奸詐，說好價錢上車， 途中不時說服你要加錢，還有籠斷的士市場，grab用戶晚上不能下單， 下了單也被要求取消訂單。只能親身找的士到酒店。 酒店本身包早餐， 自助早餐款式多很好吃！ 可惜只是住了一晚。整體的服務和設施都很好很新淨！ 游泳池設計好漂亮， 環境優美。 這酒店還附有自費的Spa 店， 服務也不錯！ 有機會再來一定會再住這間酒店！”

“Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel.”

“The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. ”

“Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences.”
