“Reserved end of August for mid October stay. Reached out with questions end of September and was told was no longer available. After i had already paid and had another dozen people planning to stay with me. Not sure if they would have ever contacted me if i hadn't reached out with questions. Was told they were closing for winter even though it's advertised as a "winter wonderland". Very disappointed and left me scrambling to find alternate accommodations at last minute.”

“Stayed here 1 night before exploring Bryce Canyon. We wished we could have stayed longer but we had to proceed to the next leg of our family road trip. Located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The owner greeted us when we pulled in. She was very kind and friendly. The basement was comfortable, warm and perfect for our family of 5. “Great excape for my family. Great location and views.”

“When I checked in he took my credit card to charge for incidentals and I just made sure that he wasn't charging my credit card. He then made this really weird comment and said he's not charging for incidentals, but "most hotels do that." I have never heard of a hotel charging for incidentals so that was a weird comment he made to me. I would pay a little extra and not stay here if I were you. It's a good place to rest your head, but I wouldn't come back here.”

“Great hunting cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely has the hunting cabin vibe. We loved the porch and spent our evenings reading, socializing and watching the cows and stars. Nice and cool in the higher elevation. We hiked to the falls and lake, as well. No AC but we opened windows and put fans up stairs. Beds were comfortable and water is hot. Zero cell phone service pr WiFi at or around the cabin, so be prepared (good thing I saved the key code ahead of time). A few cobwebs and dead……
