“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”

“We absolutely loved this place. Our host, Kimmi, was on site and had our unit sparkling for our arrival. It was perfect for the two of us and we were able to walk to dinner, grocery and gas. In the evening, we watched the deer (7!) walk through the back yard. It is a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon.Kimmi is a lovely woman who is a great ambassador to the property and is a great resource regarding the surrounding trails, hikes, things to do and places to get a good meal. “Overall the property was a great place to book for small groups. The unit has been updated in many ways. The only areas that a prospective renter should be aware of are the following: 1. the laundry facilities does not have a coin converter/dispenser, bring your quarters. 2. No coffee, creamer, sugar, or oil in the kitchen - bring your own. 3. The mattresses are soft, but this is a personal preference. ”

However, I highly recommend this place for a great time with family and friends. The community and management are amazing; they responded to my emails very quickly.”

“My wife and I found this place on a Tuesday morning for Wednesday-Friday night get away. Very clean, easy to get to, direction from management easy to follow and access. Kids loved the Pool, Spa and exercise area, my wife loved the sauna. Super close to the main lift. The property as a whole is dated but the unit was in great shape and for the price you can’t beat it. Very happy with our experience. ”
