“The hotel is on the roadside, parking is convenient, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the facilities in the room are too simple, the bath is OK”

“Reserved end of August for mid October stay. Reached out with questions end of September and was told was no longer available. After i had already paid and had another dozen people planning to stay with me. Not sure if they would have ever contacted me if i hadn't reached out with questions. Was told they were closing for winter even though it's advertised as a "winter wonderland". Very disappointed and left me scrambling to find alternate accommodations at last minute.”

“Stayed here 1 night before exploring Bryce Canyon. We wished we could have stayed longer but we had to proceed to the next leg of our family road trip. Located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The owner greeted us when we pulled in. She was very kind and friendly. The basement was comfortable, warm and perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom and kitchen area were well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the games, dvd’s and snacks were a nice touch. Everything was well kept and we……

“When I checked in he took my credit card to charge for incidentals and I just made sure that he wasn't charging my credit card. He then made this really weird comment and said he's not charging for incidentals, but "most hotels do that." I have never heard of a hotel charging for incidentals so that was a weird comment he made to me. I would pay a little extra and not stay here if I were you. It's a good place to rest your head, but I wouldn't come back here.”
