“This house is in a great location, quiet and walking distance to the cute shops of Panguitch. It's decorated with a lot of love and care and has everything one could need. The backyard is beautiful. It's just important to know that this is a historic property and, thus, has fewer outlets, and only one shower. But that detracted in no way from our experience. Beautiful home!”

“Property was good and Owner was amazing. Outside cleaning can be improved. The doors left open while checkin. So we are not sure whether somebody was inside also we dont have mobile signal so could not communicate with property owner.”

“The tent and sleeping quarters were ok and comfortable. The problem was the showers in the morning - wastewater from the toilets over flowed into the bottom of my shower after someone flushed the toilet ( ankle deep). The septic was not draining properly. Best I got from management and VRBO - an apology for inconvenience. Wander camp claimed there was someone cleaning hourly - we didn’t see anyone between 0600-1000 am when shower overflowed with “human waste” from toilet. The pump on drinking……

“Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol”

“We greatly enjoyed our time at the Bryce Canyon Homestead. The house was wonderful and our host was very communicative. We particularly enjoyed the most comfortable couch we had ever experienced in vacation home. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.”
