“This rental has everything you could need for your stay in Cedar City. The location is ideal for stores, coffee, parks, and Day trips! The rental offers quiet atmosphere in the evening. We will be using it again in our next visit to town. ”

“We're do I start. The good, unit had great layout on the first floor. Nice recreation room with pool, hot tub, dry sauna, heated underground parking. The bad, bed sheets were stained all the way thrugh to the mattress pad. Did they even wash them? Mix match of old towels, and wash cloths. Minimal amount of the necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent (3) for a 5 night stay. Cheap aluminum foil, scratch Teflon pans. Broken bar stool, ceiling tiles in bathroom would fall down……

“This property was perfect! Literally walk across the street to the park entrance. Never used the Springdale shuttle but it’s right outside. Nice touch having all the kcups for coffee and tea bags. Bed was very comfortable. Suggest you do food shopping on the way into Springdale. Limited grocery availability in town and VERY EXPENSIVE . Loved dinners at the Thai place next door and whiptail grill. Very walkable town. If you plan to do the narrows which we strongly encourage, rent a full suit, not……

“The property is beautiful right in the middle of everything right behind Subway we walked directly across and took the tram into Zion. Food groceries supplies all nearby. The property had everything we needed so beautiful nice beds our family had so much fun.”

“It dumped the day we arrived (17 in) and our front wheel drive vehicle didn’t make it up the drive to the condo (the chains on one of our tires broke so perhaps we would have made it up otherwise?) That being said, the condo was a great size for our group of nine and once we found the path, an easy walk right out to the middle of a beginner run that allowed access to all of Navajo. The downstairs area (with a Nintendo 64) was a fun space for the kids to hang out while the adults could hang out……

“Nice kitchen table and living area to play games and relax. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and nicely decorated, seemed homey. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Only two negatives. The apartment was cold in day but too hot at night but we couldn’t adjust temperature of furnace. And we could hear people upstairs. Not a big deal during the day but in the middle of the night is hard for a light sleeper. ”
