“This trip was a college graduation present for my youngest. IMO, you can’t beat this location. It is located above the Subway and Slice of Zion but it is walking distance to main gate, Zion Outfitters, a brewery, many restaurants, and a market. Sometimes my group likes to split up so being walking distance to our home base is a big plus - everyone can do what they want to do without inconveniencing the whole group. “A slightly odd location basically right behind a Subway, but you can't beat waking up and walking 5 minutes to the park entrance. The place is beautiful and comfortable with super views. We spent a day each at Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Ladder Canyon and Corral Pink Sand Dunes.
