“Fantastiskt fint boende utanför Krakow. Stora fina rum. Tyst. Vi åt på restaurangen båda kvällarna och den andra kvällen måste något ha gått väldigt fel. Otrolig dålig service. Efter det att vi ätit och man tagit bort lite från bordet så blev vi sittande i 45 min med personal som bara gick förbi oss. Vi fick söka upp personal för att betala. ”

“There was an issue in one of the nights a person who was not a guest was allowed into the hotel. It was approximately 3 in the morning and they were banging on our door, despite us telling them wrong room and go away the continued to bang aggressively on the door! I was frightened I had to call reception who said they could see and kept asking if they were a guest, despite me telling them I was scared. Eventually they got the person out of the hotel”

“The property itself was really nice. Rooms good and modern. Bed super comfy. Great options for pillows. Room was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. But the manager Sophya was not friendly and very dismissive. We did call for a couple things during our stay. They took a long time to come……
