“During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. “周边环境还可以。稍微有点偏吧。然后酒店内部卫生还不错。比较新、干净。4人间房间有点小。放了两张双人床没什么其他活动空间。酒店还有泳池。我们4人去没有别人。感觉包场了。但是泳池比较小。然后可能太过于大自然。水面上有些虫子。。酒店有早餐吃。还可以吧。。服务人员还不错。。基本满意。”

“First is the motel and not the hotel ... Second cover does not cover even one person not to mention two people ... Third There is no heater for the work of tea in the sense that no amenities ... Finally not clean”

“Very Big Mistake Taking this booking this hotel due to the following issues: 1. Receiption can't be contacted by phone and have to rund down to reach them, and not one working at night incase of an emergency 2. No extra key given as 2 pax as our appointment time varies and we had difficulties 3. Refused to give me 2 single bed room 4. Noisy from next door room like loud laughing and phone sound or vibrating middle of the night non stop 5. Toilet need some attention like flush and shower……
