“Good stay. I would recommend it to others looking for a close hotel to the Masquerade or anything else downtown. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have hot water but we were in a rush so we never asked for a room change. Something to keep note of. Also downtown Atlanta in general is a very dangerous place with a lot of disgusting people. If you’re going there for a trip you are going to want to do an in and out and be quick and just be aware of your surroundings the……

“This was a good stay for a good price. The staff was nice. The area around the property wasn’t great but we were only there to sleep. The breakfast was decent and your typical hotel breakfast. The only thing that was a little disappointing was our bathroom in our room. The shower was not cleaned well. The towels had stains so we couldn’t use one. Also the shampoo etc was attached to the wall and they were empty.”

“The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. ”

“I have stayed at four hotels in downtown Atlanta over the last couple of years - Hilton, the Westin, Courtland, and now the Hyatt Regency. This Hyatt is by far the best experience, great service and comfortable rooms.”
