“Cute little apartment unit. Stairs to lower level are unusual, think “New England Witch Stairs” but solid and doable if not in a rush. Honestly we just used the outer door to access downstairs if we had a good time out ;-) Laundry was convenient to use and basics like coffee was supplied. Close walk to breakfast at Wakin Bakin and other spots. Walk to trolly not bad, but watch those city sidewalks!Would definitely stay again!”

“The property is clean with nice furnishings. The bathrooms have nice tile. The linens are of good quality and the beds are comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is of a good size. Just be aware that there is no living area, no sofa. I missed that on the listing. The stairwell is very steep and not for the elderly or small children. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are quite snug as they are in the basement with a lower ceiling than normal. The kitchen could use new dish wear and glasses.”

“We stayed here as a group before leaving for a cruise. It was close enough to walk to the trolly and go downtown. It was clean and had multiple places to sleep. There was no seating except at the table but we were fine with that. ”

“My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining……
