“Our host, Walker, was extremely accommodating and responsive. From the time I booked the rental he reached out and even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The space was clean and welcoming. The air condition worked very well despite the extreme heat outdoors. The shower pressure was wonderful as well. There was adequate parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend. ”

My only thing I would let future groups know is that it is on a busy street with car noise at night. But outside of that, everything was spectacular. ”

We took Uber or Lyft downtown and prices from the home were very reasonable. The pool was so refreshing, perfect after hot days out. The host was so kind and responsive. Have already recommended to several people. If I go to NOLA again, I would stay here. ”

“We had a nice stay and really enjoyed our first visit to the city. The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The pillows were all the same, which I didn’t care for, but the other two people didn’t complain. The bathroom was loaded with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the towels were soft & fluffy! “Great space! WiFi didn’t work. Texted host for info and it was slow communication. Smoke alarm battery was chirping and we had to remove it. They did let us check out late which was amazing because it was in the middle of a down pour. ”
