“If I could give a zero rating, I would. My family and I booked this property and beyond accessing the property with the key entrance and doing a walk-through, we were unable to stay here. The conditions were unsanitary and very misleading from what is described and what is shown in the images. I cannot stress that absolutely NOTHING described is what you will receive or experience with this property. The house is consumed with mold and is extremely unclean. At first glance, you’re quickly able……

“Joe has been extremely responsive. Property was exactly as described. Location was great to local eateries, especially District Donuts. The beds were fantastic! I dont always sleep well when away from home, but that wasnt a problem. Would definately recommend for a family that wants to experience new orleans!”

It felt a little like a basement as the listing makes it seem like you are staying in the upstairs home but there was only one window but there was still enough natural light! “The house is very much as advertised. It’s very close to Audubon Park and a variety of great uptown NOLA restaurants, bars and shops. The layout is a typical “shotgun double” so with adjoining bedrooms so be aware of that. However, it is a lovely and comfortable house. The owner was extremely proactive and responsive.”

“We stayed with 10 women for a bachelorette party. It was perfect as we all had space in the house and didn’t feel on top of one another. The kitchen area is great for pre-gaming the night too! Everything was remodeled and nice, clean, and we all felt very safe in the area. XL Lyfts to bourbon st and other excursions were only about 20, which came out to being less than 10 round trip per person. It was nice to be able to leave Sunday morning without having a huge list of cleaning……

“Location cannot be beat. 1 mile from Tulane campus. And more restaurants within a three block radius than you could possibly visit during your stay. Also, really convenient to be across the street from a grocery store. The house has a very cute backyard. A sweet front porch. A nice kitchen with minimal but useful supplies. The beds were comfortable. It is a true shotgun layout so the bedrooms connect to each other. This was not a problem for us. My two negatives were one, the couch in the living……
