“We totally enjoyed our visit. So quiet and peaceful. Lots of house space! Big living dining area, big kitchen. Very nice bedrooms with super comfy beds. Fun to walk the trails and walk our dog down the road looking for the perfect rocks! Loved the pellet burner fire place. Can’t say there was a negative about anything. Bonus ”

“The Eagles Nest at the Blue Heron Resort on Diamond Lake is not for everyone but we loved it. I say not for everybody in part because you need to take a series of stairs including nearly 30 steps to reach the cabin from the parking space provided. While we (both in our 70's) didn't have a problem, others may well prefer few stairs. The cabin is also not fancy or modern and has a few quirks including a noticeable slant towards the lake. “This cabin is so cool inside! The owners really put a lot of work into making this it have an authentic cabin/outdoorsy feel. The hot tub with Bluetooth speakers is an added bonus! “We arrived to a Beautiful cabin. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and decor. The garage space was awesome. It was setup with fun and interesting items we had not had a chance to use before. Very exciting experience for our little getaway. We also loved the hot tub , barbecue and full kitchen so we could just bring what we needed and stay on the property the whole mini vacay. ”
