“Parkshore was always an accommodating, clean and beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately, the new management has failed in many ways. The floors were filthy, one TV did not work for a few days and no hair dryers. we were unaware we had to remove garage and had to place in a huge metal garbage tote outdoors. There were no outdoor lights in front of rooms for safety, no smoke alarms and the elevator did not work the last day when we needed to use it. There was no complimentary coffee or pool……

“It was not a good experience. We had no internet; the host says it was my fault because I did not allow them to enter the unit at 8 a.m. without notice. The resort was under renovation and the water was shut off for a day, as much as I understand maintenance is needed it should have been disclosed at the Time of booking. The coffee machine and outlets in the bathroom did not work, but I was told that outlets were not an issue as I could use the blow dryer in the kitchen. Sorry, but to me, that……
