“First time stay and it lived up to everything they advertised. The view was to die for and the breakfast was a delightful picnic basket in the morning at our door, with a pot of coffee. We will return when the weather is warmer but the fireplace in the room made it very cozy even in the cold weather. ”

“The inn itself is a very quaint, classic restored new England building. Very friendly staff & service. The location was very convenient to local shops & restaurants. Free parking in the back lot. Free breakfast & other meals included. Only complaints are the floors did not seem very clean under furniture etc, and there was a loud generator or similar noise outside our Rm (311) throughout the night. Otherwise, i would hifrecommend this inn to anyone.”

“John welcomed us and was a remarkable host. We stayed in six different accomodations on this trip and this one was by far our favorite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is free and convenient. John gave us a great dining recommendation which was within an easy 8-10 minute walk. We would love to stay here again. “This place is awesome!! We were delighted the instant we opened the door to our room. Although we didn’t have the Oceanview, the marsh view was still nice. The suite was bright, CLEAN, and extremely inviting. The high ceilings were a nice touch. The smart TV allowed us to binge on a few of our favorite shows. Happy to see a keurig coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable. We came for an overnight girls trip and will DEFINITELY be back. We may make this our new February……

“Very quaint little house with 5 bedrooms, all ensuite. Conveniently located within walking distance to seaport. Breakfast form and delivery in bags were efficient and heat. The bedrooms are all different. I like my Madame Cheng very much. ”
