“Not very close to town 20+ minute walk. The hotel itself is very pretty. Most of the staff was great. The young lady who checked us in was more interested in her phone than assisting us. First time for us so we asked questions and she just shrugged her shoulders. All the rest of the staff was great. ”
“Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. ”

“Come to this hotel often. Convenient location, a little up in cost now. But suits our needs. Staff is professional and accommodating. Like the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel. They have hot options and a waffle maker which is always a hit for the kids. Like the fresh fruit selection. Parking is enough for the hotel and pool is nice to have on bad weather days. Just have to grab towels at the front desk before using the pool. We come every year.”

There is no airport shuttle, even though Hotels.com says there is. Staff did schedule a taxi for us, which arrived on time with a good driver.”
"Friendly staff. The room can be very dark and good for sleep. Room is clean and spacious. The only waffle machine is working too hard and difficult to get in cue. Overall great experience."
