La mise a disposition de thé et café vers l'accueil toute la journée. Petit dejeuner excellent et copieux. Et surtout une mention toute spéciale pour le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. “I first was introduced by Orlando by mail sending a warm welcome. Then I met Armando at the hotel. Very kind and smiley. Orlando support me with WhatsApp very fast when needed. For sure I will go back to this place another time. I loved the place, the managers and it's only 2 minutes from bus station Museo Nacional bus M86 (airport) and 5 minutes walk from the mall. The mini kitchen have all you might need to cook and eat properly. They are very conscientious.”

“Top notch! I'm a 71-yr-old female solo traveler, and this place is perfectly located, extremely clean, serves very good breakfast 'til noon, good dinner 'til 9pm, and staff is attentive and helpful. I totally enjoyed the walking tour, the graffiti tour and the food tour; I learned a lot! The sleeping area is well separated from the lobby and socializing areas, and is REALLY quiet. During my four-day stay, I never had to wait for a toilet or a sink or a shower, in the area where those amenities……

“The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.”

“Me encantó este hotel por la cercanía al centro caminando. Hay varios lugares donde comer alrededor. La alberca y sauna fueron muy cómodos y le dan un plus. La comida del menu del restaurante a pesar de no ser variada, estuvo muy rica.”

“Tuvimos una experiencia decente en este lugar. Aunque la habitación tenían algunos detalles por mejorar, como la humedad en la parte inferior ya que Bogotá me parecía frío, el baño era reducido y la TV no funcionaba correctamente, la verdad es que no nos molestó demasiado. La razón básicamente era descansar, y en ese sentido cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Es un lugar tranquilo, el personal fue muy amable y tiene una buena ubicación.”
