“In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Unterkunft war für 2 Nächte ok. Zentral gelegen, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die sanitäre Anlage sehr renovationsbedürftig!! Duschen in der Badewanne, war soweit ok, jedoch lief das Wasser nicht ab. Ebenso beim Lavabo nicht. Toilette starke braune Kalkablagerungen. ”

“We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.”

“Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.”
