“The cleaning staff were excellent, replaced our towels and bottles of water every day without being asked to. All the staff from reception, bar staff and buffet were friendly and helpful. Choice of food at the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever experienced and there was plenty off it and as soon as one food was done it was replaced immediately.”

“Hotel is located next to River Wisła and right under the Wawel castle. It is so relaxing to walk along the riverside before sunset. The old town and main square are just 10 minutes away (within walking distance). The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and two bottles of water which I think is perfect for me.”
