“Room smelled like smoke. There was a burn hole on the comforter. The wall beside the toilet was covered it feces speller or boogers. The whole rook just felt dirty. The air conditioner was loud and kept us awake. The staff cleaning smelled soo bad of BO, like he hadn’t showers in days. Disgusting!”

“The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs. ”

“Upon arrival; the room that i booked was not available. I was given an upgrade. It was a 2 queen bed suite along w/ free dinner for that evening. and free breakfast for two for 3 day stay. Staff was very friendly, and answered any of our questions. ”

“I stay here when I visit my daughter who is attending Marshall University. It’s very close to the college, yet out in a quieter environment. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 3 different trips now in the last couple of years. The staff is awesome and so friendly. ”

“The parking lot was full of potholes. The breakfast had no drinks at all no proteins. The room smelled like dirty laundry. Dirt caked on the window. Old carpet. Bedding had 4/5 stains on the bedspread.water cooler in lobby empty. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up for men.”

“We had a great stay ! Stay was very friendly . Breakfast was decent for a free meal . The carpet could use some updating in the room I had but other than that no complaints. It was close to Marshall University which was the main goal . ”
