“Five golfing friends and myself stayed in this new duplex in Rotonda West for 2 nights. It was so comfortable and clean and close to one of the two courses we were playing. we were rained out of the 2nd day but we enjoyed playing cards and just hanging out. We all had very comfortable beds, it is perfect for 6 ladies - each with our own room. We went to Lipinski's Tavern for dinner only 2 miles away and really fantastic - great food and reasonable prices. The host was also very responsive……

“This property worked great for our group of 6. House is very nice and clean, right on the canal and close to lots of great beaches and other stuff to do. Grill, kayaks and bikes were nice touches that we used.”

“We had a wonderful 10 days at this property - the host was always super quick to respond to anything. The house was clean and welcoming with an incredibly well stocked kitchen (we love that since we prefer to eat in most of the time!) We loved the walking trail nearby and there was so much space in the home to spread out and relax. We explored many beaches within a 35 mile radius, and especially loved Boca Grande which was just a few short minutes from the home. We would happily stay here again……

“Waterside Villa was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway!! The hous was clean, comfortable and ideally located for our needs! The children loved the pool and outside space. We also enjoyed the boardgames. It rained several times during our stay and the boardgames provided the perfect family bonding time away from our screens. The kitchen was well appointed and functioned perfectly for our stay. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family and would absolutely stay again.……

“We were right at home the minute we walked through the doors! Totally a home away from home feeling. It was the perfect size for my 3 grown children and their 2 children. My husband and I loved the split floor plan and waking up to that golf course view was amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you want that same feeling and I'm sure if we make the trek again as a family we would definitely stay there again. “A Awesome! Ed & Julie are top tier hosts! The communication was great! The home is beautifully decorated, yet still very comfortable! The cleanliness is a 10 out of 10! The home is stocked with many items over and above others, especially the kitchen. Crockpot, blender, mixer, Ziploc bags, spices, and the list goes on. Nice washer and dryer; detergent provided. The backyard is beautiful! The pool was refreshing. The hammock was very relaxing. The lights out back at night create nice……
