“The house and property was amazing for a family get-together. Close to Gasparilla Island as well as restaurants and shopping. Spacious for at least 6-7 people, 8 or nine if they have small kids (2-8 years old). The only complaint was the grill, it barely worked and there was a 1/2 tank of propane. But, its honestly such a minor complaint. My family had a great time and would stay there again.”

From the moment we booked, we found Dustin extremely easy to communicate with, even given the time difference from the UK to the US. The pool is amazing and was the perfect temperature during our stay and offered welcome relief from the heat of August. “This property had everything you could possibly need and more. The salt water pool was lovely the water was so soft on your skin and did not take the colour out of your swimwear. The panoramic lanai made watching the wild life so much better like a big tv screen. Margreth has added lots of little extras which made all the difference. We have stayed in many villas over the last 30 years and this one has been the best.”

“Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. One glitch the second day of our stay with ac breaking. Owner was very attentive and responsive. But had to endure a Florida day/night of 85 degrees. She was diligent getting a repairman there the next day. Glad to have the lovely pool to cool down in. Home was clean and kitchen well stocked. Had fun each day watching golfers and wildlife. Took advantage of the bikes. My husband and I took a few rides. I would recommend this home to my friends and would stay……

“Beautiful, spacious house - all on one level! We had most everything we needed in the house. Owners were prompt to help us out with a small pool issue, and answered questions quickly. Takes a bit to get out of the neighborhood. We saw a gator, some turtles, and fish in the canal behind the house. Nearby beaches and restaraunts were great!”
