“The property is well located and equipped with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the pool area with a good sized pool and quality leisure furniture. Very peaceful backyard with small pond area attracting lots of birds and small animals. The owner is excellent and provides hands on management if there is any issue with the house that needs to be dealt with. We are renting the house again next winter because of all the positives it has.”

“Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. “The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Accommodations by our host was above any I have ever experienced. I had forgot a toothbrush and looked and the bathroom and there was a brush and small bit of paste. All the beach things we needed were provided including a sifter and a cooler! Beach towels were available, shampoo and conditioner! The beds were cozy and we loved to have televisions in every room! The host was very responsive and kind as well. We will plan to stay here again! ”
