The owner met me in the parking lot to greet me, and this morning as I left came out to say goodbye. What a great place. I know that when returning to this area I will be there time and time again.”

“I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. During our stay, we even had the opportunity to meet the neighbor next door and visit her garden. The neighborhood……

“This property gets a -1*, the apartment was beat up, awful odor, plastic glove stuck to shower tile. The furniture was awful, would not sit on couch, I even left my nice blanket there. The building smelled awful, dirty, low income housing. I am trying to get some compensation back 4 weeks later, keep getting run around. ”

“Seamless. Great location! 5 min walk to the train!! Clean safe a great view and onsite parking. We used it as our base to explore NYC for a week. Would definitely stay here again and use Global Luxury Suites. ”

“Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice……

“Thos was a really great spot close to all the adventure spots, the beach, places to rent paddleboards and Kayaks, resturants etc. The unit was well appointed with all of the things you would need. The host was very responsive when we had a slight issue with one of the locks which was likely human error, but we we able to solve the issue and get right in to iur comfy spot by the water. ”
