“This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! ”

Stan was so, so helpful with tips and communication was great.You can tell that a lot of thought and love went into making this apartment a home and I loved my solo stay there. I did get a parking ticket as thursday morning is street cleaning day but that s entirely my fault and Stan even mentioned it - just make sure to keep track of it.”

“The room was cold and very uncomfortable upon arrival. Communication was difficult and unsatisfactory. Two hours later it was still cold. The room was not very clean. It needed vacuuming. There was no info left by the owner at all. After the owner told us to leave if we weren't happy, we found another place to stay. Also, VRBO is supposed to be an entire residence, not a room attached. We could hear their TV. The outside was not very neat, had zero curb appeal, limited parking. There is no……

“Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice……

“This worked out wonderful for us spacious and comfortable. Just a few things, the carpets had balls of lint/hair that the vacuums obviously can't pick up. The email to how and when go into the building was in spam and I had a difficult time retrieving it. I should have consulted the company earlier in the day about that. Also, please know that parking is not included so there's an additional $25 per day to park which really adds up the total price. Lastly, the bed are advertised as two queens……
