“My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!”

“Beautiful apartment with everything needed. The owners are very responsive and kind and quickly assisted when an appliance quit working. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were loud and the parking is a little difficult since it was assigned away from the home. ”

“Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice……

“This little attached apartment was the perfect size for me, and I felt very safe. I loved being at the top end of the cul de sac so it was quiet and there was an amazing view from the deck looking over and down the Hudson River. I had beautiful sunrises and the lights at night along the river were so pretty. The bedroom/living/dining room was perfect for one. The electric fireplace gave the room a cozy feel, the bed and couch were comfy, and there was plenty of hot water for showers and……
