“飯店整體：位置在山裡較偏僻。佇立在稻田之中好似世外桃源，景色非常美麗，尤其是日出時分。若在非收割期就更棒了！空間大設備新、品味與氣氛也營造地很好，感受身心寧靜！ 飯店設施：客房免費使用mini bar超棒！洗浴備品就差點。餐點選擇少，幾乎只有雞肉。每間客房隨附一支外出手機可免費撥打當地號碼聯繫十分便利！還有每小時市區接駁車！ 服務品質：預訂飯店時訂不到兩晚同型房，飯店經理知道了主動升級房型省很感激。員工態度十分客氣，但語言能力有限，溝通常常聽不懂... 因為飯店spa被訂滿，就請前台幫忙訂了另一家spa與接送，結果會面地點與飯店告知的不同，原本應可當場聯繫接送人員，但因入住時詢問員工告知飯店手機無法外撥其他號碼(後來才知道可以)，所以當下立即撥回飯店請求協助，接線員工居然雞同鴨講聽不懂英文... @_@" 折騰很久才聯繫上又自行花錢搭車找到spa，嚴重拖延預訂按摩與用餐時間；更扯的是結束後我們提前到達集合地等待飯店末班接駁車，沒想到車子居然不遵守時刻表已經開走！！！打給飯店只叫我們自己想辦法回去......……

“Large and very modern rooms for an unbelievable price! Everything is nice and clean and I had my own terrace with a view to pure nature. The staff was very nice and helpful. They will organize you a driver to anywhere you want or you can use the free shuttle to go to Ubud city. In Ubud itself there's a lot of traffic and it's pretty loud and hectic, so I preferred to stay a little outside. “I stayed here 11 nights in a nice room with good views of green landscape. The facilities are basic - no water, tea, coffee, soap or shampoo are provided. No breakfast or food available despite property being advertised as having a restaurant. Not many shops close by so you really need transport. I rented a scooter from them which was great. Road nearby is small but surprisingly noisy. Pool is ok but could do with a clean. Overall I think this property is better suited to longer stays.”
