The staff are so welcoming and have time to talk to you, most important in my opinion Checking in was easy. We booked a suite and we were very happy with it as it was stylish and also had everything we could possibly need including a Nespresso coffee maker!! “Excellent stay. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and the staffs at the reception were very professional, polite and resolved all our concerns and queries. The environment was clean , room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We ate at the Wilfred's restaurant , bertram and the lounge, food was top notch to all of them👌 .
