“We enjoyed our stay! Overall the property is great, but does need some cosmetic updates, painting the exterior & finishing the floors upstairs. The bathrooms were spotless, beds were comfortable & lots of space for everyone. Charging cell phones & electronics was a bit challenging due to lack of electrical outlets, but it’s an old home & again, we made due. The bathrooms did need some hooks or towel racks, but we made do. Appliances were great except for the dishwasher which appeared rather old……

“The property was fine for our purpose. We were mostly gone all day exploring the numerous waterfalls and State Parks. Inside was neat and tidy. Outside needs attention. Owner communicated extremely well and graciously showed us his wine making process at his vineyard.”

“1.there wasn't a kitchen sink to wash our coffee cups. we had to wash them in the bathroom sink :( 2. no wash cloths in either bathroom 3. shower stalls leaked onto floor and were so small you could barely turn around. 4. no curtains on any windows which made it extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the murphy bed in the living room.. 5. no handrails on the steep bedroom steps. 6. nowhere to unpack clothes 7. freezer needs to be defrosted 8. toilet seats were not tightened down and moved if you……

“We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. We were unable to utilize highlighted amenities in the description such as pool, fire pit and hot tub with our families during our stay. One of our……
